I like the 3rd option 'Need before Greed', but I don't undesrtand at all the other 2 options, better explain me on TS on the future ^^

We should think about keeping a little priorization active when it comes to players recently joined, who still work on their first set (aka. what job they are mainly contributing to the party). This counts for either 3 time win or need before greed mehtods. I know this is again a shout out to our old system but you cant' say you see this coming (example):
- Something awesome for BLM drops.
- Main BLM doesn't have it and rolls need of course.
- Main PLD who already has everything for his job and just rolls for increasing his collection rolls need too
- PLD wins and locks the item in his store forever, BLM pissed plus the item doesnt help our party at all.
Of course, most players will just pass the item to the one who needs it most but we cant assume we always have 8 good guy Greg's in our parties. Plus we need to lock up the main set a bit so players cannot change it whenever they desire to. Like main set changeable every 1/2/3 months/when he gets at least X items of current set/when he changes his main job in our raids.
Once a player has at least 1 full set, he gets released from priority system and the loot war shall begin.
